Europeana and new rights statements

Europeana published a post on the Europeana Pro blog which includes important information for data providers (http://pro.europeana.eu/pro-blog/-/blogs/2078411).
There are two new rights statements: 'Orphan work' and 'Out-of-Copyright - Non Commercial Use'
The name and wording of a few rights statements changed.
Rights reserved - restricted access is no longer in use.
